Hello! I'm Tammy, the owner of Saltbox Creatives.

I started my photography journey back when dinosaurs roamed the Earth...okay, maybe not that long ago, but it was the 1990s! I remember shooting on film and the torture of waiting an hour—or sometimes even a week—to find out if your photos actually turned out.

Fast forward 30+ years, and photography is still one of my favorite ways to connect with people. Over the years, I've photographed newborns, children, families, cheerleaders, corporate headshots, weddings, and even MLM events (where no fewer than three people tried to recruit me into their downline!).

When I'm not behind the camera, you'll find me teaching photography, graphic design, and digital content creation as an adjunct professor at a local college in Salt Lake City, Utah. I love helping people learn creative skills, whether they're students in my classroom or business owners building something they're passionate about.
